COMPLAINTS

We are committed to providing a quality service to all of our customers. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of the service you have received from Capumen Executive Recruitment then we would like you to let us know.

Step 1

If your problem concerns the service you have received from a Recruitment Consultant, you should contact the Recruitment Consultant concerned to discuss the problems you have experienced. It is important for him or her to be made aware of your concerns and are given the opportunity to put things right. If this does not produce a satisfactory outcome then please contact the Business Manager.

If your problem is about an invoice you have received from Capumen, please contact the Financial Controller using the telephone number provided on the invoice. As above, it is important the Financial Controller is aware of any problems and is given the opportunity to put things right.

If you are a temporary worker and have a problem regarding your payment from Capumen Executive Recruitment please contact the Financial Controller or Business Manager on the main office number 0203 125 0325.
Step 2

If you have already discussed your problem with the Recruitment Consultant/Business Manager/Financial Controller, but are not satisfied with the response you have received, please contact the Managing Director by email: vaseem@capumen.com.

When you contact the Managing Director, it is important you provide him with all the facts regarding your problem, including details of people you have already spoken to so he is able to conduct a full investigation.

When he receives details of your problem he undertakes to:
  • Deal with your problem fairly, confidentially and effectively
  • Acknowledge your problem within two working days and provide a likely timescale for resolution
  • Fully investigate your comments and keep you regularly informed of the actions we are taking

  • We will never submit your CV for any role or speculatively to any Client without your permission.
  • We will always ensure that you receive constructive feedback after client interviews when feedback is provided by the Client company (we always push for this, with the exception being when on some occasions Clients do not provide feedback).
  • Once placed, to keep regular contact as appropriate.
  • Your details will be kept on our database and you will receive notifications of roles that may be of interest to you and match your skillset.
  • We aim to exceed shortlisted candidate expectations of the recruitment process every time.
  • We will keep abreast of the latest trends within any sector(s) that we recruit for, in order to constantly improve our knowledge, maintain requisite professionalism in our trade and to add value to your recruitment experience.
