The Opportunity

After successfully launching into a number of progressive organisations, we are now looking to scale our sales efforts to help more organisations successfully help and retain their talent. This is an innovative new technology and we’re creating an entirely new segment. Our early sales hires need to have the right winning characteristics required to achieve this!

The successful Account Director will be responsible for actively seeking out new sales leads and business opportunities through active prospecting, networking and utilizing business referrals. In partnership with the leadership team, you will be working across the C-Suite in some of the biggest companies in the world to identify and create solutions that help our prospects succeed. You will also be responsible for successfully renewing relationships with our existing client list partnering closely with your Customer Success team.
