Marketing & Communication Manager
Our Client is spearheading the evolution of the TV industry, offering the most innovative TV services to leading Telecoms operators around the world.
By providing a multiscreen service that works just as well on personal devices as it does on TV, their platform integrates ‘OTT’ apps like Netflix, BBC iPlayer and Sky's NOW TV, with live TV, recordings and replay programmes in one easy to use interface.

Purpose of the role:
As Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be carrying the market - and customer-facing proposition from the Company, starting with the product marketing, all the way through to the customer marketing and event marketing and PR.
You will need to have a passion for driving innovative products and propositions, making it successful in the market via a wide spectrum of marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Work with the Head of Communications on the product marketing strategy, structure and messaging as well as ensuring communication of this product marketing via all the appropriate channels externally (Website, events, publications, sponsorships etc with full Marketing and Communications budget accountability)
Plan the Roadmap of events (IBC, MWC, TV Connect): where the Company should attend and at which level, which requires a lot of influencing and communication with commercial teams in France, UK and worldwide
Award strategy, planning and execution for Company entries throughout the year mainly but not restricted to the events from the previous point.
PR planning – and management of our agency.
Experience in driving a product or product line from a business and marketing perspective
Experience in Events organisation
Some PR skills or agency management
Organised and details oriented
Strong problem-solving ability and critical mind
Interest in technology and TV
Good interpersonal skills – ability and appetite to influence senior stakeholders
Good to Have:
Experience in the Telecoms industry or the TV industry, hardware, software and media
- Languages (head office is in France, we also have offices in Mexico, Singapore and have customers in more than 15 countries).
