- Provides support in preparing business development and sales activities including sales pipeline, opportunity sizing, high level competitive analysis based on available market info.
- Prepares the necessary business case for various opportunities to get the required approval from line manager to pursue opportunities.
- Interacts with existing and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction, opportunity development maximum revenue as well as customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on accounts in terms of actual versus budgeted revenue numbers.
- Understands customers’ requirements and provides key support in the negotiation process to finalize deals.
- Screens value creating opportunities and prioritizes accordingly.
- Recommends new product lines and/or product enhancements to capture business opportunities.
